Aeration equipment
For aerating wastewater in treatment plants we offer air diffusers and rotary piston blowers of one of the world's largest blower manufacturers BOC Edward. The capacity of the blowers ranges between 40 and 9500 m3/h, and their counter-pressure is up to 700 mbar. Blowers are designed for generating both overpressure and draught, and offered as separate units or complete blower packages (blower, motor, frame, noise damper, air filter), all parts of which may upon request be housed in a noise reduction container
Our smallest purification plants Biofix are equipped with space-economic membrane blowers with a capacity of 60 to 200 l/min and a counter-pressure up to 250 mbar.
Oxygen dissolves in water the better the smaller the air bubbles. In wastewater treatment plants mostly tube or disc diffusers are used, the rubber membranes of which are pierced with tiny holes that open under air pressure and close when the pressure falls.
